Method
Step 1
Begin rolling arms around each other, first forwards (away from your body), then backwards (towards your body), at waist height.
Step 2
Then raise them to chest height and repeat, then raise up to head height and repeat. Roll slowly, five times in each direction to start with.
Step 3
Avoid looking up when lifting arms above head.
Please Note
If you suffer from COPD, please do not have your hands above your head for more than 3 seconds.
