Improves balance, leg strength and ankle mobility


  • Make this easier

    • Only draw part of your name.
    • Draw it with the heel of your foot on the floor.
  • Make this harder

    • Draw your name twice.
    • Raise the knee higher.


Step 1

Lift foot off the floor.

Step 2

Start to ‘write your name’ in the air with your toes.This can involve you rotating your ankle, as if you were writing your name with your wrist.

Step 3

Once you’ve dotted the I’s and crossed the T’s move onto the other ankle.
