Make this easier
- Only draw part of your name.
- Draw it with the heel of your foot on the floor.
Make this harder
- Draw your name twice.
- Raise the knee higher.
Lift foot off the floor.
Start to ‘write your name’ in the air with your toes.This can involve you rotating your ankle, as if you were writing your name with your wrist.
Once you’ve dotted the I’s and crossed the T’s move onto the other ankle.
