    • 4 very ripe bananas

Per serving:

  • 272kJ / 65kcal
  • 1g protein
  • 16g carbohydrate, of which 14g sugars
  • 0.1g fat, with trace amount saturates
  • 1.1g fibre
  • trace amount salt


step 1

Peel and slice the bananas – use 1 banana per person.

step 2

Freeze for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

step 3

Add to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Scoop into bowls and tuck in!


For an extra twist, add a sprinkle of cinnamon or a handful of frozen fruit.
