- Focus on the feet only.
- Slide the foot along the floor to start with.
- Keep the place slow.

- Step to the side and clap, at the same time.
- Increase the pace of the activity.
- Increase the duration of the activity.
Method
Step 1
Lift and tap one foot out to the side.
Step 2
Lift your arms out to the same side and clap.
Step 3
Return arms and legs to the starting position and move the other way.
